Manage the end-to-end import process, including documentation review, coordination with customs brokers, and monitoring international shipments. Control import expenses and ensure accurate fiscal classification of products in internal systems.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields and experience with special customs regimes and various transport modes. Intermediate to advanced English is required, with Spanish and Power BI skills being desirable.
Realizar a abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de processos de importação.
Preparar, revisar e conferir documentos obrigatórios (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificados de Origem, entre outros).
Coordenar processos junto a despachantes aduaneiros e agentes de carga.
Monitorar embarques internacionais e garantir a acuracidade das informações nos sistemas internos.
Controlar despesas de importação (frete, armazenagem, taxas alfandegárias, impostos).
Acompanhar o desembaraço aduaneiro, realizar follow-up de liberações e previsão de chegada.
Realizar cadastro de produtos e classificação fiscal (NCM).
Entrada entre 7h e 8h e saída entre 17h e 18h, conforme o horário de entrada.
Para esta posição, o modelo será 100% presencial neste primeiro momento para treinamento.
Conhecimento em regimes especiais (Drawback, Admissão Temporária, entre outros).
Vivência com transportes marítimo, aéreo e courier.
Espanhol desejável.
Inglês intermediário/avançado.
Desejável: Experiência com KPIs e automação de relatórios (Power BI).
Superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas. (Mandatório)
