The Payroll Systems Analyst will gather and document business requirements to deliver efficient payroll solutions across UKG Pro and SAP platforms. They will also lead testing activities, resolve system defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Candidates must have advanced experience with UKG Pro and SAP Payroll systems along with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and industrial agreements. A background in large, unionised environments and proven ability to manage complex data analysis and stakeholder relationships is required.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity supporting one of the largest workforce and payroll transformation projects being undertaken by an employer in Australia. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile business transformation while helping shape the future state of payroll operations across a complex national organisation. Reporting to the Payroll Systems Lead - RTA, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, translating them into functional payroll solutions, and supporting testing and system improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational performance.
