Responsible for planning and procuring livestock production tools and materials (Sapronak) while ensuring timely payments to suppliers and expeditions. Oversees warehouse security, quality control of feed, and the implementation of FIFO systems for veterinary medicines.
Requires a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Animal Husbandry, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in computer applications and reporting.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
1. Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa permintaan barang dan jasa serta menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan yang berlaku untuk dapat disusun perencanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa
2. Mengidentifikasikan kebutuhan Sapronak, mengkoordinasikan pemesanan serta memastikan Purchase Order (PO) di terima oleh Supplier sehingga Jadwal dan distribusi Sapronak terencana sesuai kebutuhan Memastikan dan mengajukan pembayaran Sapronak ke HO (Kantor Pusat) sehingga tidak terjadi
keterlambatan pembayaran ke supplier
3. Pembayaran sesuai dengan periode jatuh tempo supplier
4. Memastikan dan mengajukan pembayaran ekspedisi ke Region sehingga tidak terjadi keterlambatan pembayaran ke Ekspedisi
5. Memproses PO non sapronak, dengan mencari harga terbaik dari berbagai supplier sehingga didapatkan barang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dengan harga yang pantas dan barang diterima tepat waktu Pemesanan barang non sapronak sesuai dengan Spesifikasi, Budget dan Tepat Waktu
6. Mengececk dan memastikan Sapronak ( DOC, MT dan OK) diterima Plasma atau Farm (baik kualitas dan kuantitas) sesuai dengan yang dipesan agar sapronak tersedia sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan persediaan sapronak yang efisien
7. Mengawasi kebersihan dan keamanan barang yang disimpan digudang untuk memastikan bahwa Pakan yang disimpan terjaga kuantitas dan kualitasnya
8. Mengawasi dan menyimpan OVK sesuai dengan tata kelola yang baik dan menerapkan sistem pemakaian “First In First Out” sehingga OVK selalu terjaga kualitasnya
9. Mengawasi, dan mencatat penerimaan dan pemakaian OVK sehingga OVK selalu terjaga kuantitasnya Kuantitas OVK
10. Membuat dan menyajikan Laporan
