Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and possess at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Officer to ensure PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara's products comply with all relevant national and international regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers and applications for product registration, renewals, and variations to relevant authorities.
Monitor and interpret new and updated regulatory requirements, guidelines, and legislation impacting the company's products and operations.
Liaise effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct regulatory assessments of product changes, manufacturing processes, and promotional materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory databases and documentation.
Participate in internal and external audits related to regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new product development and market expansion.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory affairs role within the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or biotechnology industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (e.g., BPOM, Ministry of Agriculture) and international regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
