Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of all production equipment to ensure mechanical availability. The role involves following safety and GMP policies while promoting a proactive maintenance culture.
Requires technical proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and the ability to read technical diagrams. Candidates must be able to use precision measuring tools and possess leadership soft skills to train other personnel.
