The intern will support daily maintenance activities, including data analysis and equipment monitoring to improve SMT performance. They will also assist in generating technical documentation and resolving basic production floor issues.
Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Communications and Electronics Engineering. Proficiency in basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is required, along with the ability to interpret technical diagrams.
Job Summary
The Intern provides support for day-to-day activities within the assigned function while gaining practical experience in a professional workplace environment. The role focuses on learning standard operational processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to team and organizational efficiency.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Support daily activities and assigned tasks under supervision. Assist with documentation, coordination, data handling, and routine activities as required. Participate in learning standard processes, safety practices, and quality requirements. Contribute to project-related work and continuous improvement initiatives while following established policies and timelines.

Se requiere Becario con perfil de Ingeniero Mecanico o ingeniero en comunicaciones y electronica para metricos internos de MS, asi como desarrollos dentro del area, caracteristicas especificas en manejo de herramientas, conocimiento de mecanica, hidraulica, neumatica, electricidad.
Proactividad y disposición para el aprendizaje continuo en procesos de SMT y BKD.
Capacidad de análisis y resolución básica de problemas en piso de producción.
Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con áreas operativas y de ingeniería.
Apoyar en la mejora del rendimiento de los equipos SMT mediante seguimiento y análisis de datos.
Contribuir a la reducción de fallas y tiempos muertos a través de actividades de mantenimiento y monitoreo.
Generar documentación técnica y reportes que respalden la toma de decisiones en el área.
Conocimiento básico en electricidad, neumatica, hidraulica.
Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y/o electrónicos y manejo de herramientas manuales.
Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel intermedio, gráficos, reportes).
