Das bewegst Du:
Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings, Schulungen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Die Organisation von Besprechungen, Besuchergruppen, Catering sowie internen Veranstaltungen liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
Du bereitest Management-Meetings organisatorisch vor, begleitest diese und übernimmst die Protokollführung – teilweise auch auf Englisch.
Offene Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Termine verfolgst Du zuverlässig nach und pflegst entsprechende Aktions- und Maßnahmenlisten.
Du erstellst Präsentationen, Auswertungen sowie regelmäßige Reports und bereitest Kennzahlen für das Management auf.
Du unterstützt bei Projekten und Sonderthemen und bringst dabei Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aktiv ein.

Das hast Du auf Lager:
