Manage multiple industrial electrical projects simultaneously while overseeing the planning and material ordering process. Mentor and guide Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development and ensure safety standards.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent with proficiency in reading electrical schematics. Must be capable of performing hands-on electrical work and using construction management software like Procore.
