The specialist will contact customers via phone and WhatsApp to retrieve purchase invoices and documentation for shipments. They will maintain accurate communication logs and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely processing.
The ideal candidate has experience in call centers, telemarketing, or customer service and possesses strong communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer systems and a detail-oriented approach to repetitive tasks are required.
