Develop strategically grounded ideas and integrated campaigns across various media platforms while maintaining high visual standards. Lead photography and live-action productions from pre-production through post-production while mentoring junior team members.
Requires 5+ years of relevant art-direction experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and experience with photography and live-action shoots are essential.
The opportunity
Iris Germany is looking for a modern Senior Art Director who can combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.
You will develop ideas, shape visual worlds, present confidently to global clients and guide projects from the initial brief through production to final delivery. This role requires someone equally comfortable creating an integrated campaign, building a storyboard, leading a shoot, reviewing an edit or working directly in Adobe Creative Cloud.
You should also be curious about AI and understand how it can work alongside photography, film, design, motion, 3D and traditional production—not replace them.
