Our Services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client's communities and homes. This opportunity could include working with youth on probation and their families.
$40,000-$62,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available)
With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income for a Home-Based Family Caseworker I at IHBS is $44,900. Starting wages are based upon education, experience and minimum annual wage would be $40,000 with full time work hours. The pay range for this position, including overtime and bonuses would be $40,000 to $62,000 based on actual income earned by those in this position.

$35,838-$50,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available)
With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income for a Home-Based Family Caseworker II at IHBS is $43,775. Starting wages are based upon education, experience and minimum annual wage would be nearly $36,000 for this position, with full time work hours. The pay range for this position, including overtime and bonuses would be $35,838 to $50,000 based on actual income earned by those in this position.

Building Positive Behavioral Change WITH Those We Serve
Ireland Home Based Services has worked in the counties of Southern Indiana providing quality home-based services for over 25 years. During that time, we have worked with State, Regional, and Local County offices in developing, delivering and improving service standards on behalf of children, families and persons with developmental disabilities. IHBS began providing Home Based Services with only four employees. Since then, significant growth has occurred allowing services to be delivered to a greater number of children and families throughout Southern Indiana. IHBS currently offers services to children and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Probation, prevention services through the Community Partners for Child Safety program, intensive home-based services through the HOMEBUILDERS program, services to fathers through the Fatherhood Engagement Initiative, as well as behavior support services through the Medicaid Waiver programs. Expanding services has allowed IHBS to assist the State of Indiana in providing crucial services to children, families and persons with developmental disabilities.
