The Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing health and safety programs, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating operational risks at the plant. Key duties include conducting risk assessments, managing incidents, and fostering a strong safety culture through training and monitoring.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environment and 5-8 years of experience in Health & Safety. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CLI, or RLI are preferred.
