Provide primary, urgent, and initial emergency medical care for U.S. government personnel in Iraq. Coordinate patient transfers and medical evacuations while maintaining operational readiness and clinical protocols.
Requires an MD or DO with Board Certification in Emergency, Family, or Internal Medicine and at least 5 years of experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with active medical licensure and BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications.

At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.
You'll provide outpatient, urgent care, and initial emergency medical care within a collaborative international healthcare program supporting U.S. government personnel in Iraq. Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff, you'll evaluate a wide variety of clinical presentations while practicing with a broad clinical scope alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff.
This role offers the opportunity to care for U.S. government personnel serving overseas while maintaining broad clinical practice across primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. You'll also contribute to emergency preparedness and coordinate patient transfers when higher levels of care are required while working within a collaborative physician-led clinical environment.

Assignment: International relocation required for the duration of the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
