The specialist manages the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice input into Tipalti and coordinating weekly payment runs. Key duties include handling vendor queries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume AP environment and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Excel is required, while experience with Tipalti and Sage Intacct is preferred.

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for the Accounts Payable (AP) process for Insurity. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the AP inbox, ensure accurate and timely input of invoices into the AP system, Tipalti, and be responsible for coordinating weekly payment runs. We are looking for a driven individual that is excited for growth opportunities and is a team-player with the bright and talented finance team.
