Operate industrial sewing machines and specialty production equipment to manufacture tactical and protective textile products. Inspect finished goods for quality and dimensional accuracy while performing routine machine maintenance.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional industrial sewing experience and the ability to work with heavy-duty materials. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings and follow production instructions effectively.
Pay range: $18.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience.
Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday, perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, and safely and efficiently operate industrial manufacturing equipment. The position also requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
