We are looking for a Manager Location Sales to lead our Location Sales team and play a key role in shaping and scaling our locker network in Sweden.
This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, commercial strategy, and hands-on sales. You will lead a team responsible for identifying and securing the locations that matter most, while also helping shape how we approach the market and build scalable ways of working.
You will have a clear mandate: to develop a highly attractive, high-density locker network that maximizes demand capture and customer satisfaction, while driving market-leading profitability. This means not only growing the network, but making sure we build it in the right places, with the right partners, and in a way that creates long-term value for both our customers and Instabee.
In this role, you won’t just manage a sales team – you’ll help shape how we scale our Location Sales business. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while making the team’s collective performance your primary focus.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Location Sales team, creating the conditions for high performance, continuous development, and strong collaboration. Your success will ultimately be measured by the performance and growth of the team.
Commercial Strategy: Contribute to and help shape our Go-to-Market strategy, identifying new opportunities and approaches to scale our locker network and improve commercial performance.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage a personal pipeline of strategic partnerships and high-value opportunities, while supporting the team in developing and securing key relationships.
Network Expansion: Lead efforts to identify and secure strategically important locations, with a particular focus on high-traffic grocery chains and high-density residential areas.
Sales Excellence: Develop scalable sales processes, methodologies, and ways of working that improve sales velocity, win rates, efficiency, and profitability across the team.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to prioritize markets, locations, and opportunities, ensuring the team focuses its efforts where they can create the greatest impact and long-term network value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Instabee to align commercial priorities with operational and business needs and ensure successful implementation of new locations.
Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example and get involved in high-value and strategic deals when needed, while maintaining a strong focus on coaching, supporting, and empowering the team.
