The HR Manager will lead the HR function and design a management development programme to strengthen leadership capability across the business. They will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team while overseeing employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR processes.
Candidates must have previous HR leadership experience and a strong background in designing management development programmes. A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with deep knowledge of employment law and employee relations.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function during a maternity cover period while designing and delivering a management development programme across our growing business.
Reporting to the Finance & Strategy Director, you'll play a key role in developing manager capability, providing expert HR guidance, leading employee engagement initiatives and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality HR services.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence culture, strengthen leadership capability and make a lasting impact across the organisation.
