Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required, with medical office experience and insurance knowledge preferred.

As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner. This position is per diem, shifts may vary.
