The Mammography Technologist is responsible for operating imaging scanners to produce diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They must also maintain equipment, manage patient records in the RIS, and support department operations including inventory and training.
Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA-approved radiography school and hold current ARRT registration and state licensure. A current CPR certification and the ability to perform mammography procedures independently are also required.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Mammography Technologist to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for the operation of assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide Mammography services within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
This is a temporary/PRN position working varied shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
