The operator is responsible for operating production equipment according to established guidelines and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. They must also actively participate in company safety programs and uphold the safety culture.
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and standing in various weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience with metal sorting is a plus.
