The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive growth for key healthcare service lines. This role involves managing a team of marketers, overseeing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize patient and physician experiences.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of ten years of experience in marketing or communications is required, including at least three years in a leadership role.
The Director of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for key service lines. Must have an expertise in digital, social, communications, and relationship building with a focus on achieving business goals through strategic, creative and innovative communications and marketing. Ideal leader will foster collaboration and team development with a keen focus on brand awareness and brand marketing. The Director will lead a team of marketers in consistently analyzing campaign performance, while optimizing patient and physician experiences in all touchpoints.
Work Schedule: Hybrid with an average of 2 days per week in the office, with additional in-office presence as needed.
