About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager who can take ownership of a project from turnover through completion.

The Project Manager works closely with the General Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the field has the information, materials, manpower, and support needed to execute the work successfully.
This is not intended to be the primary technical leadership role in the field. The Project Manager owns the overall project plan and business performance, while field leadership owns daily jobsite execution.

- Partner with the General Superintendent to align manpower needs, field schedules, and project priorities
- Provide Foremen and field teams with clear project information, documentation, and expectations
- Monitor labor hours, material costs, gross margin, billing, and overall project financial performance
- Identify scope changes and prepare, document, and manage change orders
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal partners
- Lead project meetings and provide timely updates on schedule, cost, risks, and open issues
- Anticipate potential project challenges and take action before they affect the client, schedule, or profitability
- Support equipment startup, punch-list completion, documentation, client turnover, and project closeout
- Ensure project records and required documentation are accurate, complete, and current
Qualifications
- Five or more years of commercial HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and construction processes

- Experience with job costing, forecasting, change orders, billing, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, field leaders, vendors, and internal teams
