The Nurse Manager assists the Clinic Manager in supervising nursing practices for patients with End Stage Renal Disease. This role involves maintaining quality patient care and addressing professional and administrative issues within the clinic.
Candidates must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure and have at least 12 months of nursing experience, including 6 months in kidney failure or transplant care. Supervisory experience and a BSN are preferred.
Our Nurse Manager position assists the Clinic Manager in performing professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The position is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of patient care, for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems in the clinic. Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving nursing problems within established policies and practices.
