The IT Infrastructure Manager will own and operate the company's IT infrastructure, cloud estate, and end-user computing environment. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, networking hardware, and coordinating with third-party service providers.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, identity management, and networking technologies. Candidates must be capable of managing vendor relationships and supporting a diverse user base across multiple brand accounts.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to own and operate Innocean UK's IT infrastructure, cloud estate, and end user computing environment. The role supports approximately 90 users across our London office and works closely with an EU-based IT team on shared Microsoft tenant administration.
A third party managed service provider provides support during absences and assists with networking maintenance, HRMS, printer servers, and email accounts. The role also manages a secondary Azure tenant currently being migrated into the primary UK tenant.
Innocean supports multiple brands including Hyundai, KIA, Genesis, and TaylorMade, each with their own technical requirements. This is a broad, hands-on role requiring strong cloud, identity, networking, and vendor management skills.
INNOCEAN is a creative/full-service Agency that was set-up by Hyundai Motor Group to look specifically to develop the communications for the two leading car brands in the world -> Hyundai and Kia.
