Job Summary / Résumé du poste
En véritable support administratif et commercial, il/elle est l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, il/elle leur répond, les oriente, traite et suit leurs demandes.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable équipe supports aux ventes, il/elle anime notre activité, planifie l’ensemble des interventions des techniciens et développe le portefeuille de clients existant. Il/elle contribue au développement de l'activité de l’entreprise dans le respect et le suivi des procédures en vigueur. Il/elle et est le garant de la gestion administrative et commerciale de l’activité de son secteur.
Afin de garantir une excellente qualité de service, il/elle est amené(e)à superviser l’approvisionnement des produits dans les bons délais., à planifier, les interventions d’installations et d’entretien.
Il/elle est chargé(e) du suivi des dossiers clients, du devis à la livraison en passant par la commande et la facturation.
