Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Service Titan and a background in service-based or industrial environments is preferred.

In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and dispatching, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in (Rancho Cordova) Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, Hours 7 am - 4:30 pm
