Support the mapping of customer and merchant journeys and translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare Business Requirement Documents and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field with strong analytical and research abilities. Candidates must understand e-commerce ecosystems, sales funnels, and be available for a 6-month internship.
