Heavy focus on battery system dynamics (modal, random vibration, shock)
- Random vibration profile development for pack-in-fixture (PIF) testing
- PIF fixture development and tuning to match vehicle response/damage
- PIF durability analysis of battery system using finite element tools such as Optistruct, ANSA, and Hyperview/META
- Interpret CAE results to design engineers and suggest feasible design changes for design optimization
-
Cooperate with design engineers and suppliers to collect pertinent
material properties, connection information, and relevant CAE modeling
for analysis
- Participate in meshing and connecting parts based on the necessities of the team
- Participate in developing analysis procedure for durability load cases and benchmarking
