The Financial Controller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Balance Sheet and P&L for their designated region. They will drive financial performance, manage reporting deadlines, and act as a business partner to department heads to support informed decision-making.
The role requires a professional capable of managing complex financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance tasks. Strong communication skills are essential for business partnering and maintaining financial controls across the organization.
Overview & Primary Outcomes
The Financial Controller plays a critical role in the financial health and success of Incubeta. They are responsible for accuracy & completeness of the Balance Sheet & P&L for their designated region(s), working closely with the relevant Head(s) of Department to drive discussion on financial results, debtors and other financial matters, ultimately enabling informed, data-driven business decisions.
