Act as the primary point of contact for artists and labels to resolve product and service issues via customer support tools. Translate website content and marketing messages while identifying system bottlenecks and bugs to improve efficiency.
Requires business-level fluency in English and Spanish, previous customer service experience, and a valid German work permit. A strong passion for the music industry and proficiency in German are highly desirable.

Culture & Office
Berlin is our main hub, where most of our team is based and the energy of our work comes alive. We also have a second office in Zurich, but with remote work at the heart of our culture, many of our employees are spread across the globe, working from different countries. While we embrace remote work as the future, we also know that culture and connection grow when we come together. That's why you can choose to work from a centrally located Coworking office or from your fully equipped home office most of the time. We regularly gather for team events or team office days because collaboration fuels our creativity, just like in the best jam sessions.
