The Import Account Executive is responsible for clearing goods through customs and preparing all necessary import documentation in accordance with regulations. They also manage the coordination of transportation, warehousing, and the payment of duties and taxes for client shipments.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in processing Customs entries in ACE and a solid understanding of PGA requirements. Proficiency in the CargoWise operating system and strong professional communication skills are highly preferred.
The position is in an indoor, office environment, requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors verbally and in writing, sit for periods of time, operate typical office equipment which requires seeing and the use of a keyboard.
