  • Lead cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align deployment strategies with customer growth goals and capital investment plans.
  • Oversee contractor, vendor, and partner performance to ensure accountability, quality, safety, and consistent execution across all phases of deployment.
  • Direct supply chain, materials, and logistics planning to ensure resource availability, operational readiness, and uninterrupted construction schedules.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships, service agreements, and vendor contracts that support market expansion, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while driving scalable operational processes and sustainable organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead the next phase of our growth and infrastructure expansion strategy. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, market expansion, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure development across the organization.

The Chief Growth Officer will provide strategic oversight for the planning, execution, and performance of large-scale broadband and telecommunications infrastructure initiatives while partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to accelerate market penetration, strengthen competitive positioning, and optimize operational performance.
