Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or Psychology and possess at least two years of experience in a caseworker or similar role. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a genuine desire to support family success are essential for this position.

As a Family Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the superhero who builds positive relationships with families, empowering them to be active partners in their children’s early learning journey. You’ll create an environment where families feel heard, supported, and inspired to succeed alongside their little ones. This role supports sites in the Western Suburbs, with the home office located in Matteson, IL.
