The Senior Deal Desk Specialist acts as a business partner to the sales team, managing the quote-to-close process and ensuring efficient transaction administration. They are responsible for drafting and reviewing sales documentation, ensuring revenue recognition compliance, and liaising with Finance and Legal departments.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or a Deal Desk environment with expertise in software licensing and revenue recognition. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions under pressure are required.

IFS’s Deal Desk is the key operation that supports the Sales organization with all aspects of the Quote to Close process cycle, from pricing a quote through to a contract signature. Senior Deal Desk Specialists are the business partners and trusted advisors to Sales to ensure that all needs within the Quote to Close Process are achieved with the best efficiency and speed possible. They are the first line for the administration of all the documentation needed to execute a software license transaction, ensuring that revenue on a customer signed agreement is optimized as the best possible transaction for both the Customer and IFS and that revenue can be booked successfully. The role requires financial, legal and technical product knowledge related to IFS Software Licensing and IFS Cloud Hosting Services.
