Job Description
We are looking for a creative and fashion-forward Graphic Designer with experience in fashion e-commerce and digital merchandising. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, trend-driven design, and consumer-focused creatives that drive engagement across digital platforms.
You will be responsible for creating impactful visual assets across websites, mobile apps, social commerce channels, emailers, and marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
- Strong visual design, lay outing, typography, and composition skills.
- Understanding of color psychology, fashion aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to create compelling digital-first creatives for web and mobile platforms.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Prior experience in Fashion E-commerce, D2C Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Accessories brands preferred.
- Experience designing product banners, campaign creatives, landing pages, and merchandising assets.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, social media aesthetics, and digital culture.
Communication & Collaboration
- Above-average communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Content teams.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Education (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Design product banners, promotional creatives, and campaign layouts for e-commerce platforms.
- Create category landing pages, collection pages, and digital merchandising assets.
- Develop app splash screens, onboarding flows, and push notification graphics.
- Create lifestyle imagery, mood boards, and brand storytelling assets.
- Design social commerce creatives for Instagram and other digital channels.
- Build high-volume product showcase layouts while maintaining premium visual standards.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, and Business teams to execute campaigns and launches.
