The role involves diagnosing complex technical issues using SQL and collaborating with Engineering and QA to implement long-term fixes. The candidate will own issues end-to-end, mentor junior support staff, and contribute to internal documentation.
Requires 2+ years of experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support with strong knowledge of relational databases and web technologies. Proficiency in SQL is required, while experience with PHP, Laravel, and Git is considered a plus.

In this role, you’ll handle complex technical issues, work directly with our engineering team, and help ensure our software performs reliably at scale.You won’t just fix problems—you’ll identify root causes, improve systems, and help elevate how we support our customers.
