Full job description
Software Engineer (AI Systems & Integration)
We empower global organizations to develop, validate, and oversee sophisticated AI representatives. These digital assistants manage intricate tasks for both staff and clients via telephone, messaging, and email, operating flawlessly across diverse linguistic and cultural landscapes.
In this role, you will act as a technical authority on agentic frameworks. You will bridge the gap between abstract business processes and durable, functional AI systems.
Primary Duties :
Agent Construction: Direct the creation and live rollout of AI-driven agents tailored for large-scale corporate environments.
Logic & Prompt Design: Engineer advanced prompts and develop the accompanying TypeScript backend to govern agent behavior across various communication channels.
Advanced Systems Integration: Architect sophisticated loops that unify multiple APIs and data repositories to automate non-standard business tasks.
Solution Engineering: Partner with project leads and corporate partners to translate legacy workflows into modern, extensible AI architectures.
Stability & Monitoring: Ensure all deployments are enterprise-grade, featuring comprehensive error management, performance tracking, and health logging.
Technical Mentorship: Work alongside the broader engineering team to resolve high-complexity bottlenecks and establish internal standards
Requirements
Candidate Profile :
Academic Background: A University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
Professional History: Between 2 and 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a preference for those focused on server-side or full-stack development.
Technical Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with web protocols, REST/gRPC interfaces, and modern security/authorization standards
Adaptability: Proven ability to deconstruct proprietary client systems rapidly and build robust connectors.
AI Familiarity: Highly comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building logic-driven prompt sequences (prior machine learning exposure is advantageous).
Work Style: A resilient, solution-oriented professional who excels in high-stakes, client-facing settings.
The Opportunity :
Category Creation: Contribute to the foundation of a novel sector within the artificial intelligence industry.
Flexibility: Benefit from a hybrid workspace with potential for international travel to collaborate with our global hubs.
Impact & Speed: Join a high-velocity environment backed by premier venture capital, offering the agility of a startup with professional stability.
Autonomy: Take full ownership of your projects and witness the immediate influence of your work without the friction of traditional corporate layers.
