About The Role

We’re looking for a senior software engineer to join our growing development team to help us shape the next generation of healthcare solutions. Working across a modern tech stack (AWS, Java, Python, PostgreSQL), you’ll play a key role in building scalable, high impact systems that directly support patient outcomes. You’ll join an established, collaborative team where your ideas and expertise will influence howe we design, build and deliver software. 

We’re looking for someone who bring energy, curiosity, and a forward thinking mindset – someone who enjoys solving meaningful problems and is passionate about delivery high quality solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and participate in code reviews 
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and team performance
• Lead development initiatives, mentor engineers and champion best practices

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in Python and/or Java and modern frameworks
• Experience with agentic / spec-driven development approaches
• Front-end development experience with React or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with modern architectures (microservices, serverless AWS, containers)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
