We’re looking for a results-driven GTM Engineer who knows how to craft strategies that capture attention and deliver tangible results.
📅 What will your day-to-day be like:
Manage outbound campaigns for clients across various industries.
Create advanced Clay automations that impress other agencies.
Continuously test and optimize email copies, sequences, and timing until campaigns perform at their best.
Communicate campaign progress and results to clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in outbound marketing to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
🧠 Requirements:
You’ve been hands-on with B2B marketing, especially outbound and cold email outreach.
AI is basically your best friend - you use it for everything from email tweaks to life hacks.
You’re proactive, love learning, and get a kick out of testing and iterating.
You have excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Bonus points if you’ve used tools like PlusVibe, Apollo, BuiltWith, Clay or RB2B.
You’re comfortable working 1 PM to 9 PM EET to sync with US-based clients.
