The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring a high standard of service. They also handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to maintain hotel operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

The Hyatt Place Provo is looking for an outgoing, customer service focused individual to join out team as a part-time Front Desk Agent (primarly evening shifts). The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in, check-out, and overall stay experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, F&B experience a plus and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment while upholding the Hyatt Place hotel and Hyatt Brand’s service standards.
