The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all hotel departments to maximize profitability, guest loyalty, and associate engagement. They are responsible for overseeing rooms, housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, sales, revenue management, human resources, finance, and safety.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience as a Hotel General Manager and a minimum of three years in a leadership role with a Hyatt-branded property. Strong financial management skills and knowledge of California employment laws are required.
