El gerente de calidad es responsable y cuenta con la autoridad para asegurar la calidad de los productos y funcionamiento del sistema de calidad implementado para satisfacer los requerimientos de cada uno de los clientes para el logro de los objetivos de la organización. Respetando y cuidando los controles operacionales del proceso que minimicen los impactos ambientales, además de asegurar y verificar la confidencialidad de los procesos dentro de la organización durante su desempeño. Establecer los mecanismos de comunicación interna con los integrantes de las áreas, representar al director general en revisiones por la dirección, o auditorías internas. Y la responsabilidad de ejercer el liderazgo efectivo y participativo, asegurando la implementación adecuada del sistema de gestión y Ambiental.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Asegurar que los equipos cumplan con las especificaciones de seguridad.
Gestionar correctamente la información de los procesos de mantenimiento.
Mantener dentro de los indicadores establecidos la disponibilidad de los equipos.
Gestión de Contratistas para instalaciones o reparaciones.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y cierre de correctivos.
Participar de forma activa en planeación estratégica del departamento.
Aplicar los controles operacionales implicados a la posición en base a los sistemas de gestión (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, C-TPAT, Clientes) de la organización para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
REQUISITOS
Ingeniería electromecánica. Electricidad o similar.
