The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delegating care, and evaluating patient outcomes throughout their shift. They must also manage emergency or crisis situations and maintain accountability for the quality of care delivered.
Candidates must hold a current Alabama RN license or a multi-state RN license. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

The RN evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
Education:Current Alabama RN license or a current RN multi-state licenseExperience:Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.Additional Skill/Abilities:BLS certification or eligibility/capability to certify within 90 days. Able to work under the following conditions: contact with patients under wide variety of circumstances; exposed to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries, and illness); subject to varying and unpredictable situations; handles emergency or crisis situations; may perform emergency care; occasionally subjected to irregular hours; occasional stress due to multiple calls and inquiries. Capable of working overtime as required. Able to read, write and speak English.
