Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll or HR consulting. Proven hands-on experience with SCAN HRMS and deep knowledge of Greek labour and social security legislation are mandatory.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in payroll administration, Greek labour legislation and SCAN HRMS, who are looking to transition into a consulting role, supporting clients in the successful implementation and optimization of HR & Payroll software solutions.
Mission: You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle of the SCAN HRMS platform. You will manage implementation projects, analyze business requirements, configure the application according to customer needs, deliver user training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
