The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants while managing the leasing process. Duties include showing apartments, processing applications, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining the community's professional atmosphere.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in sales, leasing, or property management. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends are required.

Job Description
The Leasing Consultant is a service-oriented sales representative who presents the features and benefits of living in an HSL apartment community and strives to make current and prospective residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
The ideal candidate for our Leasing Consultant position must be an equal parts friendly, forward-facing customer relations and problem-solving community representative with a positive attitude, great personality, and the ability to succeed in an exciting, energetic, service-oriented, and resident-focused team environment.

Role & Responsibilities
The apartment Leasing Consultant is responsible for ongoing resident satisfaction and stellar customer service and collaborates with prospective residents to help identify their needs, meet those needs, and match them with their ideal apartment.
