The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, model units, and common areas to maintain property appeal. They also maintain laundry facilities and assist staff in efficient property management.
Candidates must be able to take direction and wear protective gloves as required by tasks. Successful hiring is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of Housekeeper. While the following information will be considered a comprehensive description of this position, it should also be noted that some responsibilities and duties might not be specifically addressed.

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the cleaning of each vacant apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
