Requires previous experience in employee relations case management and a good understanding of UK employment legislation. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is expected, with preference for those experienced in unionised environments.

Contract: Fixed-term, 6 month (potential to go permanent)
Hours: 24 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday (4 hours), Friday (5 hours)
We are looking for an HR Advisor to support our manufacturing and logistics teams with day-to-day HR activities and employee relations matters.
Working as part of the site HR team, you will provide advice and guidance to managers, manage employee relations cases and support the delivery of people processes across the site. You will work closely with operational teams and trade union representatives to support effective people management and maintain positive industrial relations.
