The chef will handle a variety of tasks including hotel breakfasts, lunches, conferences, dinners, and seasonal events. The role focuses on delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant setting. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required, along with a structured and team-oriented approach to work.

Restaurant ONE ligger på första våningen och erbjuder en tidlös elegans som förgyller stämningen och gemenskapen. Restaurangen har panoramafönster från golv till tak som erbjuder en fin utsikt mot älven, en ljuvlig plats att avnjuta frukost, lunch, middag eller fest på.
Om rollen
Som kock på Hotel Riverton blir du en del av vårt köksteam och arbetar med allt från hotellfrukost och lunch till konferenser, middagar, gruppbokningar och säsongsarrangemang såsom julbord och nyårssupéer.
Hos oss är ingen dag den andra lik. Vi söker därför dig som trivs i ett högt tempo, arbetar strukturerat och vill bidra till ett starkt lag med fokus på kvalitet och gästupplevelse.
Har minst 3 års erfarenhet som kock och en god yrkesmässig grund inom matlagning
Har erfarenhet från hotell, restaurang eller liknande verksamhet
Trivs i ett högt tempo och har förmåga att behålla kvalitet och struktur även under stressiga perioder
Är ordningsam, ansvarstagande och har ett öga för detaljer
Är prestigelös och uppskattar att arbeta tillsammans med kollegor mot gemensamma mål
Är en lagspelare som bidrar till en positiv och effektiv arbetsmiljö
Har hög arbetsmoral och tar ansvar för både dina arbetsuppgifter och teamets gemensamma resultat
Talar och skriver på svenska och engelska

The hotel offers a brand-new Spa, Serenity Spa located on the ground floor. All our guests are most welcome to add access to their room key against a fee. Meeting and Events at Hotel Riverton are always tailored and personalised to the need of our clients.
