Manage the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet and meeting spaces according to event orders. Supervise banquet associates and coordinate with AV vendors to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
Ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of managing equipment inventory and adhering to health department sanitation guidelines.
Meetings:
BEO Meetings on Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm.
Weekly meeting with Director of Catering and Events- TBD
