The front desk agent is responsible for managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities and rates. They must also handle financial transactions, audit daily reports, and resolve guest challenges to ensure satisfaction.
Candidates should have prior experience in a hotel front desk or receptionist role and proficiency with hotel reservation software. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to provide high-quality service.
