Oversee food production and lead a small kitchen team to prepare meals according to dietary guidelines. Manage inventory, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate daily meal setup and cleanup.
Requires an Associate's degree in food service management or 3-5 years of experience in quantity food preparation. Must hold a ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40-50 lbs.

About the role
Horizons is looking for a Lead Cook to oversee food production at the Radix Recovery Program location. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll prepare and cook meals while guiding a small kitchen team to keep everything running accurately, safely, and on schedule.
